What are the qualifications of your therapists?All of our therapists are licensed and highly trained professionals with extensive experience in the field of mental health. They hold advanced degrees in psychology, counseling, or social work, and have passed rigorous licensing and certification exams.

How often are therapy sessions?The frequency of therapy sessions can vary depending on the individual needs and goals of the client. Some clients may benefit from weekly sessions, while others may need less frequent sessions.

Is therapy confidential?Yes, therapy sessions are strictly confidential. Your therapist is bound by professional and legal ethics to keep your information private, and will not share it with anyone without your written consent.

Is Better Mind Therapy licensed?Better Mind Therapy is licensed in Florida, Wisconsin, and registered as a licensed Telehealth Provider in South Carolina. We are also have Liability Insurance in all 50 states.
